All class II narcotics are shipped via UPS with a signature required. Patients with long-term pharmacy care needs most often utilize the home delivery option, however it is open to all patients.

How do Clients begin using the Jordan Reses national Prescription Benefit Management program?


Clients provide Mitchell ScriptAdvisor with their claimants demographic information and include a list of medications they would like to approve. Mitchell ScriptAdvisor enters the patient into our system allowing only the preauthorized medications and approved physicians if applicable, and sends the patient a prescription card to use at any of our 65,000 network pharmacies nationwide. Payers may update demographic and eligibility information through electronic eligibility files. The process is extremely easy to use for you and your claimants which increases utilization and savings.

How do patients use the retail pharmacy network?


Immediately after an injury a patient may receive medication at any network pharmacy. Some clients choose to allow medications on an existing formulary for an initial days supply. Once the claim is reported and verified as open by the carrier, Mitchell ScriptAdvisor mails a prescription card to the patient that allows the patient to receive approved medications for a month supply of the approved medication. Patients may search for the nearest network pharmacy with the Find a Pharmacy lookup.
